Add form fields or comments to a structured document
You can add viewing instructions to any tagged PDF file using the Tag Annotations feature.
1.		Choose View > Navigation Tabs > Tags to open the Tags tab.
2.		Choose Options > Tag Annotations. A checkmark indicates that the feature is active.
3.		In the structure tree, select the structure node where you want to add the form field.
4.		To add a form field or comment, do one of the following:
		ΓÇó Choose Tools > Advanced Editing > Forms > Show Forms Toolbar, select a Forms tool, and create a form field.
		ΓÇó Choose Document > Add a Comment, enter the comment text, and close the pop-up window by clicking the close box or anywhere outside the pop-up window.
The structure tree now contains a child node, Text Object Reference (Text - OBJR), under the structure node you selected.
Note:  The Tags tab must remain open until you are completely finished adding all the form fields and comments that you want.
