Add form fields or comments to a structured document |

You can add viewing instructions to any tagged PDF file using the Tag Annotations feature. |
1. | Choose View > Navigation Tabs > Tags to open the Tags tab. |
2. | Choose Options > Tag Annotations. A checkmark indicates that the feature is active. |
3. | In the structure tree, select the structure node where you want to add the form field. |
4. | To add a form field or comment, do one of the following: |
| ΓÇó | | Choose Tools > Advanced Editing > Forms > Show Forms Toolbar, select a Forms tool, and create a form field. |

| ΓÇó | | Choose Document > Add a Comment, enter the comment text, and close the pop-up window by clicking the close box or anywhere outside the pop-up window. |
|
The structure tree now contains a child node, Text Object Reference (Text - OBJR), under the structure node you selected. |
Note: The Tags tab must remain open until you are completely finished adding all the form fields and comments that you want. |
